(English) -In my course of life in the Budo path and having been born in a country where political indoctrination were part of daily propaganda, i learned to know the consequences of mixing politics with everyday life. And of course politics with martial arts, whether that be.

Budo has nothing to do with ideology, it is true that the martial arts as such have helped and served as a weapon to defend nations, ancient kingdoms and rulers. But we must be very careful today not to let political thoughts interfere with our work as teachers of Budo. Same goes with religious ideals, we should not mix both within the Dojo what matters is to improve as a human being and as budoka's.

I see with sadness as relationships between students and teachers can be affected when it is brought into the tatami things that have to do with DO. When I lived in Cuba everything revolved around the political idela, nothing could be done if it was not mentioned or pleitecia surrendered to the dominant system. As martial artists who try to rescue an ancient tradition in these crazy times, sometimes without meaning or harmony, we must ensure that the balance is complete and correct.

When a sensei tries to impose something that does not agree with the "way" when trying to impose religion, personal agendas and even threaten with expulsion to the students who do not share this; it is a huge violation of what is the true warrior path.

Students should be aware of these behaviors, ideas must be respected, as teachers we are to guide and educate, not to tell them how or what to think. The disciples will change their behavior as they mature in the way of Budo. Then everyone will find their own path, from the teachings of his master, and be better to life, in addition to acquiring technical skills and knowledge of culture and tradition. With this nothing to do with impositions or indoctrination.
